Connecting people to nature. Strengthening communities.

Nature Together is a community-based nonprofit expanding access to outdoor experiences, environmental education, and wellness programming across rural Tennessee.

We serve individuals and groups of all ages through free, inclusive programs that bring people together through shared experiences in nature. By removing barriers and creating opportunities to connect outdoors, we're building healthier people, stronger communities, and a deeper connection to the natural world.

Every program lives inside one of six groups, each one built around people who deserve their own space outdoors.

Six groups, one community

Clovers

IDD community

Hikes and programming built for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, at a pace that welcomes everyone.

Magnolias

Seniors

Gentle, accessible outings and wellness time for older adults, with plenty of room to sit, breathe, and take it slow.

Tulips

DV / SA survivors

A quiet, protected space in nature for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, run with DV partners.

Daisies

Homeschool families

Hands on nature learning, field trips, and meet ups built around homeschool schedules and curiosity.

Lilies

Expecting / postpartum

Slow, supportive outdoor time for expecting and postpartum families, built around rest as much as movement.

Wildflowers

General community

Open to all. Our largest and most varied group, built for anyone in the community who wants to get outside together.
